This icon-patcher was created using the latest iPack Builder v2.1.1: Tool for icon customization created & developed by Mr-Blade. *(UPDATED MAY 02 2015)
Included in the .zip you'll find a text-file with instructions in the readme about re-naming both the included .ee files.
Due to deviantART's policy concerning executable files, I've had to give this installer and the Reload Icons tool the temporary ".ee" file extension. You'll need to change that extension for both files to an ".exe"

I have a query...
I have installed numic icons.
Folder thumbnails doesn't show the little thumbnails of the content inside the folder.
For example: If the folder contains 4 images.. the folder must show the content thumbnails before entering the folder.
Is there any way to get that to work ?
What's your screen resolution and are you on standard dpi ?
My screen resolution is 1080p, standard dpi
I really love the flat look, but for some reason I have problems with it
When i create a new folder and rename it it doens't appear until I reload the folder
And in the explorer it sometimes doesn't want to show me my harddrives
I am on Windows 8.1
