To get started you'll first need to make sure your system is patched to accept themes.

You should then be able to see your themes installed if you right click on your desktop and select 'personalize' from the menu. There you'll be able to choose which them you wish to use.
Some special instructions for Windows 8.1 users, there is an included registry hack to modify the caption text to blank. Make sure to use it.
You'll have to reload it each time you change styles. I found creating a shortcut to it in my Programs Startup folder to be usefull.
